This policy ensures that our customers and employees alike clearly understand that the management of our company is committed, involved, and participating  in the Quality Management System.  Orbit/FR, inc. has set the following Quality Objectives:

Orbit Advanced Technologies Inc. (OATI), Orbit Engineering Ltd (Eng), and Orbit Advanced Electromagnetics (OAEMI) are proud to announce their achievement of registration as ISO 9001:2008 Certified Contractors!

ISO 9001 is recognized with worldwide acceptance as the comprehensive international standard that defines quality. It provides independent semi-annual auditing to ensure compliance as well as measure continuous improvement initiatives. It is one thing to have the commitment to quality – it is quite another to have the comprehensive processes and procedures that provide consistency of implementation across all projects, by all employees, with checks and balances to ensure project success.

ISO 9001 defines, validates, and measures compliance on 42 work processes at OATI. To achieve ISO 9001 certification, OATI redefined and documented all of our work processes in order to become more efficient and responsive in achieving our end goal – 100% customer satisfaction. OATI is one of only a few companies of our type in the world to achieve these ISO Certification standards.

Our decision to become ISO 9001 Certified at each division was a proactive one that is years ahead of many customer mandates, but one that demonstrates our industry leading quality commitment to all of our customers – now.
